WayPay’s Policy outlining Administrative (Admin) Fees.All Admin Fees will be withdrawn from the user WayPay Wallet Account. If funds are not available in a WayPay Wallet Account, Admin Fees will be pulled from any connected funding source(s) with available funds, at the discretion of WayPay.

Admin Fees, as follows:

Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Charges:

To apply for Pre-Authorized Debits, a business must have a WayPay Premium Subscription.Premium Subscription customers may have a maximum of two (2) PAD enabled suppliers set up on their account.  Additional PAD’s are subject to additional charges.Speak with your WayPay Account Manager to learn more.

Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF):

Manual Information Recovery (as a result of user error):

$150 for the first hour.$75 for each additional hour.
