If you have not already Signed Up for WayPay, you must do that first, before Signing In.  You can find detailed instructions on how to Sign Up HERE 

There are two (2) ways that you can SIGN IN to WayPay:

​Sign in with a WayPay Account

Arrive at the WayPay.ca homepage and click or tap Sign In.

When you arrive at this screen, enter your email address in the form field on the left. Click or tap on Enter Email.

If you enter your email address and get the following screen, it means your account is already associated with an accounting platform. Click or tap on the highlighted logo to continue signing in.

If your email address is registered to a WayPay account you will be asked to enter your password.

Enter your password & click Enter Password.

If it’s your first time signing in, you’ll be asked to fill in some information about your business. Click or tap on Save & Continue.

Sign In with QuickBooks Online, Sage One, Sage Live or Xero

Arrive at the WayPay.ca homepage and click or tap Sign In.

Clicor tap on the button corresponding to the accounting software that you first signed up with WayPay on the right side of the screen.

Enter your user ID and password.  Click or tap on Sign In.
(below example uses QuickbooksOnline).

As a returning user, after signing in you will be taken to your Dashboard.

Forgot Your WayPay Account Password?

Arrive at the WayPay.ca homepage and click or tap Sign In.

Enter the email address associated to your WayPay Account.  Click or tap on Enter Email.

Click or tap on  Forgot Password?  CLICK HERE

Enter your email address. Click or tap on Send Password Reset Email. 

Check your email. Open your new email from WayPay and
click or tap on Reset Password.

Enter your email address and your new, more memorable  
password. Click or tap on Confirm Password & Login.

You’ll be sent right back to your WayPay Dashboard.
