When you sync WayPay and Xero, if there are any paid bills in WayPay, the status of those paid bills will be updated in Xero along with the amount. The paid invoices can be found under Business > Bills to pay > Paid.
When you click on Payment (refer screenshot), you will be able to see the WayPay reference number for the specific bill.
