In order to share information from QuickBooks Desktop to WayPay and vice versa, the connection must be established between them for which QuickBooks Web Connector is required. Click here to get more information on how to download and install QuickBooks Web Connector. 

Once QuickBooks Web Connector is installed, there are two ways to establish the connection and sync data between QuickBooks Desktop and WayPay.

To manually sync, place a check in the checkbox on the left and click Update Selected at the top of the QuickBooks Web Connector.

If you have selected Auto Sync option, upon next sync the connection between QuickBooks Desktop and WayPay will be established.
