To receive an Authentication Code to approve or reject a payment order, your mobile number will have to be first updated and then verified. You can update and verify your mobile number by following these <b><a href="http://help.waypay.ca/en/articles/4410013-how-do-i-update-and-verify-my-mobile-number">steps</a>.</b>

Once your mobile number has been verified, you can approve or reject an order by following these <b><a href="http://help.waypay.ca/en/articles/4410031-how-do-i-approve-or-reject-payment-orders">steps</a></b>. When you try to approve or reject a payment order, you will receive an Authentication Code as a text message which you can input to approve or reject the order.
