If your mobile number is verified, you can see a green tick against your mobile number on User Information page.

To check whether your mobile number is verified, follow these steps

  1. Sign into WayPay
  2. Click setting gear icon
  3. Select Manage Profile
  4. Select User Settings and you will be taken to User Information page
  5. If your mobile number is verified, you will see a green tick against your mobile number
  6. If you don't see a green tick, you will see the text Verify next to your mobile number
  7. If your mobile number is not correct, click Change to add/edit your mobile number and then click Update to save your changes
  8. Once mobile number is updated, click Verify
  9. You will receive an Authentication Code as a text message to your mobile number
  10. Enter the Authentication Code on screen and verify your number
  11. Once your number is successfully verified, you will see a green tick against your mobile number
